It is a tendency that humans end up consuming junk food or
 oily food when we are out for work or when in college or school, we consume more of unhealthy food which is not good for our health and can be harmful. So there should be a diet to balance, & should be followed on the weekends.


BREAKFAST –
Smoothie (1 fruit+1 cup curd), after sometime green tea.

SNACKS-

LUNCH-
Tomato salad with yogurt, salt and black pepper.

    7.    All types of Bread- (excluding gluten free bread)
    8.   Processed or packed food
    9.   Pizza, Pasta, French Fries.
   10.          Nuts- cashew nuts, Peanuts.
